Point A: Your Current Life – Everyday between (and sometimes during) meetings, you dream about being your own boss, living somewhere exotic, and actually enjoying enjoying work.

Point C: Your Dreams – You’re typing an inspiring article about why everyone needs to be a digital nomad (like you) as you watch the sun fall beneath the waves of a secluded Thai beach… another day in paradise while your bank account continues to grow from all of the incoming passive income.

Point B: ? – WTF

Most of us are perpetually at Point A while reading about (and being envious of) what those at Point C are doing.

We were stuck at Point A less than a year ago, until we made the fateful decision to take a leap.

We quit our jobs.

Sold everything we owned.

And decided to travel around the world.

Now, if we want this crazy ride on the travel train to keep going, we have to make that leap from dreaming about living (Point A) to living life on our terms (Point C).

And we need YOUR help to do it.

How Are We Going To Escape Point A?

To get from Point A to Point C, we need to make money.

Seeing that our corporate gigs pay well but don’t let us travel, they can quickly get ruled out.

We like blogging, but are not sold on the idea of fully monetizing the site (but we do love our sponsored trips).

We did both study entrepreneurship in college… and we do always bat around ridiculous ideas to see if they could be a business…

So why not actually start a business?

And can we do it while traveling?

What We Need From You

We are going to start a business while we travel. 

There. I said it. Now we HAVE to do it. And this is where you come in.

We need accountability.

We need advisors.

We need cheerleaders.

And we need drill sergeants.

Whether you follow along because you genuinely support us or because you’re the type of person that watches NASCAR for the crashes and think we might end up a wreck… we don’t care.

Whatever the reason, we want you to participate and to give us your honest thoughts about every step of our journey.

We will chronicle our attempt to go from Point A to Point C, including our strategies, our attempts, our spectacular failures, and everything else we do to make this life of travel permanent.

I can guarantee that we will fail… and fail often.

But we will hopefully learn from these failures so that we are always failing forward until we finally succeed.

What’s Next?

We are still traveling. Still eating. Still being ridiculous.

This will never change and we will never stop writing about it.

But we will also be writing about our attempts to start a business. And not just start a business, but start a business from the road with only two laptops as our office.

Next week you will see into our brainstorming process and how we are methodically working to not only generate ideas, but refine these ideas with a repeatable process.

Then it will be showtime. You will help us select our first business to test from our a list of favorite ideas so far.
